Registrations are made through Basketball Victoria’s PlayHQ site.

If you are registering to be a Coach or Team Manager for the first time, you will need to create an account on PlayHQ.  There is no cost for taking part as Coach or Team Manager but a valid Working with Children (WWC) Check will be required for anyone over 18. 

Follow the steps to register for the current or upcoming season. You will need to read and acknowledge the following policies of Basketball Victoria.

• Code of Conduct (Coach, TM & Official)
• Member Protection Declaration
• Drugs in Basketball
• Working with Children Check

If you are transferring from another Club and have already registered on PlayHQ, click the below button, follow the prompts, then click the Request a Transfer button when it pops up.

Once you have read through the Basketball Victoria policies above, please complete the following forms:

2. Member Protection Declaration Form
