Training is held at Montrose Primary School and Billanook Primary on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the school term.
Girls up to U10, train on Mondays with youngest teams generally starting at 3:45pm. Games are on Tuesdays at one of the venues listed above.
Girls U12 upwards, train on Mondays or Tuesdays. Games are on Wednesdays at one of the venues listed above.
Boys may train on any of the four days although preference will be given for Monday & Tuesday slots to be for the Girls teams. Boys U8 train on Mondays. Games are on Saturdays.
